Data Processing Agreement
If your flight school, club, or organization processes personal data through Aero Mate, this agreement sets out our responsibilities as your data processor under Article 28 GDPR. Download and countersign it for your own compliance records.

GDPR / DSGVO Compliance
This is where we account for how AeroMate meets its GDPR and BDSG obligations in practice.
In July 2026, Æro Mate underwent an independent security audit. The audit assessed our authentication systems, data encryption at rest and in transit, and access controls across our infrastructure. Aero Mate GmbH processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG). Our data processing activities are documented in our Article 30 record of processing activities (VVT), available on request.
